By submitting your information, you agree to be contacted by third-party independent contractors or service providers who may offer to inspect or repair your property. We simply make the connection; we do not perform the work.
2. No Contractor Relationship
HailDamageHelpers.com is NOT a licensed building contractor, General Contractor (GC), construction manager, or roofing company.
We do not bid on construction projects, perform repairs, supervise construction work, or guarantee the quality of work performed by any third-party provider matched through our service. Any contract or agreement for repair services is strictly between you (the property owner) and the independent service provider. We are not a party to that contract and assume no liability for disputes, defects, or damages arising from that relationship.

We do NOT interpret insurance policies, prepare claim files for submission to carriers, or negotiate settlement amounts. HailDamageHelpers.com does not independently verify the active licensure status of every third-party provider.
B. Insurance Verification
Before allowing any work to commence, you agree to verify that the contractor maintains adequate General Liability (GL) and Worker’s Compensation (WC) insurance coverage. Failure to verify this information places you at significant financial risk.

6. Compliance with Insurance Laws
A. Prohibition on Deductible Payments
It is illegal in many jurisdictions (including under Texas Law, HB 2102) for a contractor to pay, waive, absorb, rebate, or otherwise offset the deductible on a property insurance policy. HailDamageHelpers.com strictly prohibits any form of deductible fraud. If a contractor offers to "pay your deductible" or give you a "free roof" by falsifying figures, you are advised to report them to the relevant state fraud bureau immediately. Participating in such a scheme may expose you (the policyholder) to criminal liability.
B. Fraud Prevention
You acknowledge that you are solely responsible for providing accurate, truthful information to your insurance carrier regarding the Date of Loss, cause of damage, and extent of damage. Falsifying this information to secure coverage is insurance fraud. HailDamageHelpers.com assumes no liability for fraudulent claims submitted by users or contractors.
C. Third-Party Independence
Contractors in our network operate as independent business entities. HailDamageHelpers.com has no control or oversight regarding their billing practices, invoicing, or interaction with insurance adjusters. We do not endorse or sanction any specific billing method used by third parties.
7. Limitation of Liability
By using this service, you agree to release, indemnify, and hold harmless HailDamageHelpers.com, its owners, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or losses resulting from your use of the site or your dealings with any third-party contractor introduced through the site.
